Borrowing privileges only extend to the Faculty of Law. Other users do have access to the law library collection, but do not have borrowing privileges. 

Bora Laskin Faculty of Law Students, Faculty and Staff have the following timeframes for items borrowed:

Student loan period: 120 days 

Faculty loan period: 120 days

Staff loan period: 120 days 

Public Access

The Law Library is primarily for the benefit of Law students, faculty, and staff.  If members of the public wish to access our collection, please contact librarian.law@lakeheadu.ca with your request.  Our collections are available for use within the confines of the library itself. Borrowing privileges currently only extend members of the Faculty of Law.
