Students who are registered in online programs, or who are studying remotely, may request to have an item mailed to their home address (Canadian addresses only). Due to the increased demand on this service during COVID-19, you may be contacted by your librarian to discuss alternative materials. Approval for mailing is at the discretion of the owning library and may not be available for all items.

When your item arrives, you'll be required to sign for it. Return postage will be included, free of charge. To return your item, affix the provided postage to a securely sealed return envelope and drop off at any Canada Post location.

You can follow up, make changes, or cancel your request by emailing docdelivery@lakeheadu.ca or by calling 807-343-8135.
